Darl Mc Bride is an utter moron. Cmon'- who is pulling this guy's strings? He sounds like the Joe Mc Carthy of Technology. Next he is going to claim that the GPL is terrorism. I myself cannot believe the audacity of this guy.
Watch this man's company carefully. As his stocks go up while the idle threats linger, his board of directors and employees sell massive amounts of said stock. Hmmm? A bit fraudulent perhaps when his company goes out of business the day after he loses lawsuits to Red Hat and IBM?

There's an article over on slashdot that suggests SCO wants to go after BSD, after Linux, citing the same intellectual property argument it's making in its suit against IBM. If they are succesful, it could mean that OS X, whose core is BSD, could be under threat of legal action from SCO, too...!?!?
