New transparent OS X Dock Theme

Colin Cornaby has released a transparent dock theme for XMorph, which makes your dock transparent, except for a border outside and has also put up a website for XMorph, his OS X theme utility.

New Shareware, freeware utilities posted

charlieX software factory has released a slew of Mac freeware and shareware software available for download.

  • Text Files Depot v1.1c is a $20 shareware that lets you store and organize unlimited number of text-files. [614KB]
  • Screen Ruler 1.0c ($10 shareware) draws transparent pixel-ruler at top and left edge of your desktop. [500KB]
  • MacKey Synth 2.1d is a freeware synth with 128 sounds + drums, octave changes that can be played directly from your computer keys. It uses QuickTime sound engine and lets you explore sounds build inside your QuickTime extension without adding up extra hardware to your Mac. [1MB]
  • Other freeware utilities (some of which are in beta) include Movie Presenter and Calendar Notes, desktop accessories LMUG Clock and Just-a-Timer as well as DropFileInfo and Drive Info utilities.
