Ember 1.1.1 ($50) - Ember is a digital scrapbook that can be used to collect and organize ideas, images, websites, and more. The v1.1.1 update is a minor release that improves overall reliability. A couple of cases where alerts would appear after uploading multiple images to CloudApp, Tumblr or Flickr have been resolved, along with other minor bugs. [Download - 21.8MB]

QuarkXPress 9.5.3 ($849) - QuarkXPress is a page layout and design tool that can help developers create content to be published on digital devices. Two known issues related to PDF exporting have been resolved in this update. Additionally, various stability and performance improvements are also included. [Download - 768MB]

HoudahSpot 3.7.11 ($30) - HoudahSpot allows users to create detailed queries to pinpoint the exact file they are searching for. Favorite queries can be saved for later access, and templates can be set up for frequently performed searches. Version 3.7.11 has fixed a bug where BlitzSearch would always search by file name, as well as an issue that prevented the list of HoudahSpot Tray recent tags from updating automatically. MacFamilyTree 7.0.9 ($50) - MacFamilyTree is a genealogy program that can help users discover and visualize their family history. The software also features a number of built in reports and charts, and allows users share genealogical data using the GEDCOM standard. CloudPull 2.5 (free) - CloudPull is a tool for backing up Google Docs and Calendar data locally on a Mac. The software automatically converts documents, spreadsheets, and presentations into Office files, drawings into PNG images, and calendars into the iCal format. In CloudPull 2.5, the main window now has an export button for sending all current backup files to a specified folder. The speed of backup creation has also been improved, and web-based login (OAuth) is now used to log into Google accounts. [Download - 19MB]
