PDFpen 6.0.3 ($60) - PDFPen provides users with tools for adding text, images, and signatures to PDF files. The software can also be used to replace original text with editable text blocks, as well as move, resize, and delete images. The update adds Polish language OCR support, and now allows users to draw annotations when exporting in the TIFF file format. Pasted plain text will also now obey the default font preference. Skitch 2.5.2 (free) - Skitch is a tool for taking and sharing screenshots. After capturing an image with the software, users can perform basic editing and share the file via e-mail or automatic website uploads. Version 2.5.2 adds several minor improvements to the software, including a Portuguese translation and several minor bug fixes. [Download - 22.2MB]

Dropbox 2.0.12 (free) - Dropbox is a desktop utility that creates a special Finder folder that automatically syncs with an online web storage account. This can be used to backup files to the cloud, or to quickly synchronize files between multiple computers. This maintenance release lowers the CPU usage when the software is idle. MailTab for Gmail 5.8 ($2) - MailTab for Gmail allows users to access a Gmail account directly from a Mac's menubar. On top of quick access to a user's inbox, the software also provides audio and visual notifications. In v5.8 the menubar icon will now turn grey whenever a user logs out of their account. Screenflick 2.2.16 ($29) - Screenflick is a tool for capturing desktop recordings at up to 60 fps. The software is capable of recording any portion of the screen, as well as simultaneously recording audio from internal or external microphones and the system audio. Version 2.2.16 has made several small changes to the keyboard event drawing in exported movies. A slight modification has also been made to the countdown interface, along with other minor fixes.
