Transmission 2.70 (free) - Transmission is a BitTorrent client that features full encryption, file selection, automatic port forwarding, and more. Version 2.70 introduces Notification support on Mountain Lion, as well as the ability to preview torrent files with Quick Look in the Finder. A new option that automatically removes transfers when seeding completes has also been added. [Download - 5MB]

MarsEdit 3.5.6 ($40) - MarsEdit is a blog editor that uses an e-mail like interface for editing. The software features spell-checking, drafts, multiple windows, and Apple Script support. The update has restored Tumblr support by adapting to their latest API changes. Support has also been added for 10.8 user notifications, and numerous bugs have been fixed. [Download - 7.8MB]

MailTags 3.1.4 ($30) - MailTags lets users add comments, due dates, projects, and priority to the messages stored in Apple Mail. The v3.1.4 update optimizes performance and memory issues through improved tag caching and reading tags from e-mail cache files. Fixes for a variety of reported bugs are also included. Dropbox 1.5.34 (Beta) (free) - Dropbox is a desktop utility that creates a special Finder folder that automatically syncs with an online web storage account. This can be used to backup files to the cloud, or to quickly synchronize files between multiple computers. The update features a new Dropbox menu and various small bug fixes. The new menu is currently only available in English and is only available on Snow Leopard and later. [Download - 24.2MB]

iTrash 1.8.9 ($8) - iTrash is a tool for uninstalling applications on a Mac-based computer. The software automatically searches for all related files and allows users to select which files are deleted. An optimized search algorithm is included with the latest update, as well as an improved Lost Files mode and bug fixes. [Download - 7.4MB]
