Default Folder X 4.3.8 ($35) - St Clair Software has introduced Default Folder X 4.3.8, a new version of its utility for enhancing Open and Save dialogs. The update delivers a variety of new features including support for Automatic Duck, and a new AddRecentFolders AppleScript command. Additional drag-and-drop support is also included, along with a MacBook Pro fix to help minimize power usage. [Download - 9.9MB]
Guiffy 9.2 ($60) - Guiffy 9.2 is a three-way merge tool used for combining and comparing folders across multiple platforms. New to the software are improved Attention Views and SureMerge resolutions, as well as upgraded installers and launches. RipIt 1.5 ($20) - RipIt 1.5 is the newest update to the DVD ripping software for Mac OS X. It now has the ability to import Apple compressed formats to iTunes and to compress a DVD for high-quality M4V.
