Ember, Typinator, Skim

Ember 1.7 ($50) - Ember is a digital scrapbooking app that can be used to store and organize websites, photos, apps, and many other things. Any content added to the app can be organized into collections, while tags can be used to further sort items. New to v1.7 is the ability to store bookmarks in an Ember library, as well as to add plain-text notes alongside images. Finally, the update also gives users the option to save, organize and share PDF, Illustrator and SVG files. [Download - 22MB]

Typinator 6.0 ($35) - Typinator can be used to automatically fill in repeating text and/or pictures. Users can set a list of commonly used words or images, and then define text fragments that trigger each item. Version 6.0 introduces a new feature for creating expansions based on regular expressions. Support for including HTML code within expansions has also been added, along with several interface usability enhancements. [Download - 7.5MB]

Skim 1.4.9 (free) - Skim is a PDF reader and note taker that has been designed for reading scientific papers. In v1.4.9, a new action to test for Skim notes is included in the skim notes tool. A number of reported problems have also been resolved, included a bug with the PDF-TeX sync for TextWrangler. [Download - 3.9MB]

Tidy Up 3.0.14 ($30) - Tidy Up enables users to search for duplicate files and packages while utilizing various filters. A bug that resulted in a crash on startup has been addressed with this update, along with various other minor issues. [Download - 64.6MB]

myTracks 2.6.1 ($15) - myTracks allows users to relate GPS tracks and the photos taken along those tracks to each other. Users can import the GPS tracks from a GPS device or a GPX file, and are then displayed using Google Maps. Various minor bugs have been fixed in this update. [Download - 62.6MB]
